Self Watering Planter Pot with Built in Water Reservoir System

Description

This innovative product combines a decorative planter with an integrated, self-regulating watering system. It consists of an outer decorative pot and an inner planting pot with a built-in water reservoir and a wicking mechanism (like a fabric rope or porous ceramic cone). You fill the reservoir through a dedicated fill tube or spout, and the soil draws water up as needed via capillary action, providing consistent moisture directly to the roots.

The outer pot often functions as a stylish watering can with a spout for filling the reservoir, while the inner pot houses the plant. This system creates a buffer against over and under-watering, maintaining ideal soil moisture for up to several weeks, depending on plant size and climate. It’s made from durable, UV-resistant plastic or ceramic.

The ultimate solution for busy plant owners and frequent travelers, this planter provides peace of mind. It ensures your plants receive consistent hydration in your absence, reduces watering frequency, and promotes healthier root growth by preventing drought stress and root rot, making plant care virtually foolproof.
